Fuchun River-Xin'an River Scenic Zone is located at the middle and lower reaches of the Qiantang River. It stretches from Fuyang to Chun'an, and is a national scenic area known for its waters, mountains, forests, islands, caves, and numerous places of cultural interest.

There are verdant, beautiful mountains on each bank of the river. It is renowned for its transparent waters through which visitor can see the bottom of the river. Moreover, there are villages and market towns with typical local characteristics, which add more beauty to the scroll of painting of the Fuchun River and the Xin'an River.
